Awe Inspiring Log Home
Our home is located in Bear River Lodge about 10 minutes easy drive to Hot Springs. The 3 bedroom 3 ½ bath c. 2400 sq. ft. home has soaring ceilings and “take your breath away” long range views. The “man cave” has a very comfortable queen futon and flat screen TV. A queen airbed and sofa for one person completes the sleeping arrangements for up to 11 people with 5 couples and a single. I strive to provide excellent accommodations with paper products, soaps, coffee, tea, and items such as aluminum foil and plastic wrap. The high end kitchen is fully outfitted with cooking and serving ware. Small dogs only, check with owner. Smoking allowed outside only. Rates include cleaning and taxes.
Broadwing Farm Cabins
Surrounded by sheltering pine trees, this private rustic cabin sits high above the French Broad River and features rough sawn pine and poplar inside and out. Just a short drive from downtown Hot Springs up River Road. Convenient but secluded. And, the cabin sits in the midst of a 3-generation farm. The cabin includes a large living room, separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bath, and a loft bedroom. An onsite hot tub is filled upon your arrival with the renowned Hot Springs mineral water.

The Boat House construction was completed in 2009. This 1 -unit cottage sleeps 2 and has an open living area. The Boat house also has a large patio and deck that overlook Spring Creek. Located 1/2 block from Bridge St.

Snuggle up by the gas fireplace and enjoy a relaxing stay in Hot Springs at our cozy cottage; recently remodeled to include central heat and air conditioning. The view is spectacular! The two queen bedrooms and one bath cottage is inside the city limits of Hot Springs, but across the river, so mostly private. I strive to provide high end accommodations with all paper products, soaps, and fully equipped kitchen. The comfy beds have nice linens and blankets for sleeping in after a day of hiking, rafting or fishing. Smoking allowed outside only. $40 cleaning fee per stay; taxes are included in price. There is an additional fee for pets.

The Honeymoon Cottage is a cozy Chestnut Log cabin. It was built in the 1930’s and is part of the original Mountain View Court on Park Avenue. Located within the Town of Hot Springs the cabin is within walking distance to the Hot Spring tubs, restaurants, shopping, rafting, and hiking on the Appalachian Trail. The open studio space has a full-size equipped kitchen, a queen sized bed, a fire place with gas logs and the bathroom has a walk in shower. There is a 2 night minimum.

Laughing Heart Lodge Cabin
Surround yourself with serenity and history. The cabin on the grounds of the Laughing Heart Lodge has a large stone patio overlooking the expansive lawn and gardens. It was built in 1892 and still has the original wide-planked pine flooring. But, you have the modern conveniences in the full kitchen and other amenities. The land was originally owned by one of Hot Springs most famous residents—Col. J.H. Rumbough. Learn about the history of the resort hotel he owned on the spa grounds in the late 1800s in the books in the library in the Lodge. Thirty acres of land with fields and woodlands overlooking the French Broad River awaits you. Doris and Clyde Thomas invite you to enjoy this setting as well as the family farm of an orchard, vegetables and flowers. The property sits on the location known as Pleasant Bank Inn which was the old turnpike in the 1800s. Two lodging options are available with space for up to six in one of the cabins and two in the other. There is also a pavilion for family gatherings.
