For a real farm experience, you can choose from three rental cabins in the middle of this family farm. Wander through the gardens and pick fresh produce or enjoy the farm animals: cashmere goats, Belted Galloway cows, a variety of chickens, and guineas. Enjoy a picnic along the creek or climb up the slopes for a better view of the beautiful area. There are trails to hike–one which takes you to a fire tower and another that will take you to a creek stocked with rainbow trout. This land has historically been farmland–at one time growing tobacco–but now, owners Judy and Tom Hansen have turned it into a vacation paradise for those seeking a mountain farm setting.
